I hate when people say this to me.

"Everything happens for a reason."

You're wrong. There is zero reason why my amazing mom suffered through hard shit her entire life just to get cancer and die at 59. There is zero reason why i should have become motherless at 31. And there is literally no reason why I should have to go to bed every night remembering the horrific days I had to sit with my family and watch her die.

So yeah, what.the.fuck.
